Work environment is friendly.

...Sometimes it feels like working in a call center. There is no skill development. Salary is very low and incentives criteria are very high.

Awesome environment, you get to learn alot from the top management as they work very closely with you, and the culture is really amazing, one of the best companies to look forward to do your internship.

The pay is less according to the living standards but other than that everything is great

There is nothing that I like about FinEdge.

The management is rude. At first they will say that this job has no target. So no pressure. But that is just the beginning of lies. Harsh Gahlot, the CEO, he is the most arrogant man on this planet. The most unsupportive staff ever. They hire you for a finance role. But your job has nothing to do with finance. Its a pure business development role. And client acquisition and relationship management is your job role. You aren't even eligible for incentive if you don't talk to clients for long and get new ones through referrals.

company culture, managers too involved in personal leif of the employees, absolutey shit environment to work for, JD described wrongly. seems like the upper management is way too egoistic

It was an amazingly wonderful experience working with FinEdge! Management is so nice, empathetic and supportive that they are always there for you. I've learned so much from them and most importantly being empathetic towards clients and truthful towards work. Work environment is very positive, colleagues are supportive. Company policies are good. FinEdge is doing great job and my best wishes are always with them.
