Need to Improve Management. Need to have good HR department. Team lead and above band should have or trianed for people management skill to reduce High attrition. Need better work culture

The company doesnt give appraisals so properly. They dont give hike in salary so much. Management is terrible. The management in financeplus india is like that of a dictatorship.

Financeplus management is pathetic but as far as my department is considered it was very good.

High-pressure environment Long working hours Bureaucracy Limited flexibility Limited focus on individual contribution

There are lot of teams working for different shifts like AZ/NZ , India, UK, USA and they are pretty flexible giving opportunities to employee of one team to move to different team...So you get opportunity to learn now tools and not restricted to 1 or 2 tools ....The culture here in has also been good , the colleagues are supportive.
