I have 12 years of experience in my career but never see such type of company. This is wrost company ever in my career.There is no professionalisam , Not even seeing a man who works the employees, No trust, It like a micro management company. Don't join such type of company.

Dislikes

No holidays for Indian and US national holidays as well. No trust on employees 😕 No salary appraisals. Don't even think about Bonuses. Commercial management they think about their profits but not about employees.

This is wrost company. I never seen such Type of company in my career. Company CEO are not following any morals. He is not a professional member. He is keeping spy for every Manager and employee. He do not have any trust his managers and his employees and not even his family members also. But He can give the good lecturers for every forum And students.But he is doing Wrost things and god knows. In my experience not implementing anything. Need to do some good things. I wish you all the best for FINACPLUS team.

Nothing much to mention about FinacPlus. Worst decision in my life to choose FinacPlus

Dislikes

First of all there is no job security. Second, the management is not supportive when it comes to promotion and leaves. seniors in the team are very rude and unsupportive. You cannot expect Flexibility when it comes to work. There is no scope for innovation and cannot have freedom to express your thoughts. On top of that there are so many politics running in the team.

Management works on every employees safety. They work on motivation to keep the employees high.

Dislikes

Though they lookout for employees safety and carrier they should also think about food stalls during the employees working hours.
