Negligible salary. Only top management is making money. Everyone else is just surviving on bare minimum. Owners are egoistic, and only giving money to VP marketing. all the appraisals and increments only for one person.

Very lineant company. Very easy to get job on the basis of fake degree certificates. Security Guards gets more important than Company employee. The traveling and canteen facilities are 3rd class.
