...ovt. This is company is second BYJU. They have legal cases with their investors. They don't have money to pay to employee as well. Their appoint letter will decorated with unrealistic perks and CTC, seems hefty but actual net home salary will be 50% lessor. Mr. Ashish Agarwal, HR head is worst and unprofessional. They will never give your full and final, they have big legal team to torchur you, if you leave the company and ask for your full and final payment. They frequently advertise the attractive job vacancies, which always fake. it may be better to look elsewhere.

Each employee has full liberty to work in the organization with full passion and honesty. I am work here since June 2011 and have enjoyed the long tenure here in FIITJEE. People in FIITJEE have the opportunity to directly impact students' life by helping them prepared for competitive exams, the structured curriculum and comprehensive tanning provided to all Faculty, the focus on personal development alongside academics, and a sense of community within the institute due to shared Goals of Students' success. The ability to make a significant difference in students' life by guiding them towards achieving high scores in all competitive exams like JEE and Olympiad.

... staff and a culture of favoritism where hard work might not be duly recognized. No confirm assurance about release of salary by seniors.

...ION. They only look into their relative and close people into the organization. Not paying the salary, and lots of dislike pointers. Please do not fall for the trap of FIITJEE.

Fiitjee is a total dislike. Its a TRAP. They are playing with the person future and career. Everything is disgusting about the Fiitjee. The personal in the higher hierarchy are only looking for their own benefit & money & rewards. It is a worst place for Non-faculty. They will treat you as slave and on return will console you.

Too much politics Salary issues - salary cuts lag jaate h , Many time salary aati hi nhi h , you cannot plan your life at fiitjee every month there is some salary issues But stay because very less work and is a government job - no one remove you You will get depressed joining in a company like this

Work life balance is excellent at FIITJEE as well job security.

Dislikes

Salary is a big issue at FIITJEE. There is not any assurance about salary to be released at the said time. Also non-teaching staff doesn't get any appraisals. Only teaching staff gets rewarded.
