It is been 1.5 yrs, I'm still working as shadow resource. This is worst part for me, client introduced subordinate is available 24*7 to client due to which she messages me anytime after 7 pm to assist as I'm working she just takes meetings and some impromptu solution as when it requires. There are number of hurdle and inconvenience working as shadow resource for client. I just hate. My audacity made me type this. It is literally on nerves and each and every day.

Have been with 55 tech for serval years, recent developments have left me disheartened. The decision to cut off paid leaves from 15 to 12 has significantly disrupted work-life balances and morale. Despite putting considerable effort, appraisals seems unfairly low. Remote employees are unfairly excluded from receiving sponsored tickets for the annual company event, while unethical practices like developer swapping only serves to undermine trust. These concerning trends are tranishing the company's reputation and its imperative for leadership to take swift action to rebuild trust and boost employee morale.

Initially when company was nice , everything was good but now they have become so strict towards their policies everybody wanted to join 55 because of their culture but now their culture has become so pathetic, having biased towards employees, favourites are given more facilities, their policies arent applicable on everyone , its just a more of a showoff, According to them their policies are same for everyone but everyone knows inside this fact they exempt their policies for some of their favourite employees and ask them to not to tell anyone as if anyone gets to know they will fight with the management. Atleast be on your words .

Almost everything , nobody listens to us, nobody values are work over here, the one who doesnt work who involves in gossiping, busy in buttering their seniors or the managers only those employeees gets good appraisal and recognition, the one who actually works in neither their works gets valued nor they get any respect.

Dislikes

Hike criteria & percentage, Cost-cutting measures, Employee handling, Blind expansion, HR Policy Implementation and leave approval system. No matter how hard you work, you will not get a good hike.
