Fidere facilities provide you responsibility that you can easily tackle, the respect culture is good enough there as a caretaker of a building that has more than 600 capacity. Care taker has their own staff which includes security and housekeeping, caretakers are given their personal office that has a cctv camera which is very good for surveillance. There is day to day visit with HR of respective field.

Dislikes

The work is for 24 hours which include 9 - 6 in the uniform and rest will have on normal attire, problem can come any time so on this basis care taker is on the duty all the time.

Work satisfaction Like I use to show lot of interest in providing services to the our veluable clients involving in the handling all kind of services or other client issues and always rectify all situations within time frame.
