Because they not given a covid situation only paid 30% salary first month then they was told me you go to the home I will not given salary now ,, last 3 month I was my home they didn't call for job

Top management was really good, but their daughter (Smruthi) discourages to take their employee under control and no value addition for good ideators. Maybe this platform will be suitable for bucketiers unless she get fired.

1. Idiotic Top Management, dont know how to run a organisation systematicly Hire & Fire Policy, Fire employees who are really working hard & continue with employees who are playing politics & spoiling work & creating obstacles in work. Really stupid management

Toxic environment is everywhere in this company. In top management office politics is very visible. It is really raising concerns regarding the leadership practices and work place conduct of Ficus Pax Managing Director, which I believe are having a detrimental impact on both team morale and overall organisational effectiveness. All the management lack the necessary educational background and technical expertise to effectively manage the operations of all the seven plants across India. Limited understanding of products and process results in misleading decisions. Furthermore, there is a recurring pattern wherein the managing director presents team - generated inputs and achievements as personal contributions to higher management. Most concerning, however, is the frequent use of inappropriate and offensive language in interactions with employees. With all these above unprofessional points really demoralising the team. Plant manager of Bangalore unit is also has no knowledge of the products and process.
