The company doesn't address our issues. Salary & TA/DA is minimum in the industry. As per work experience no proper growth. No soft skills trainings. No health insurance. No team outings

Nothing is going to be likable in the company you work for them but they not recognise your presence or your value for the company. They treat you like a labour. Infact welders are treated well as compared to any sales engineer. Worst company , they neither clear funds after you left this company. They never clear allowances on time .
