Nothing. I worked there for 4 years and I have not got any benifits rather at the time of lockdown I had served the company's patients on my own expenses because at that time reaching out to the patients ofline was not possible(2020) Around 18500/- I had spend and did not get back my hard earned money. I experienced a horrific work culture there. Very few employees toiled their lives and rest of them used to play politics and mind games. Work life balance was negative. Be it morning 7am or night 11am made no difference. No Appreciation at all.

Very bad experience. Work life balance negative I worked there for 4 years till now I owe 18500/- from the company. This is the amount I had spend from my pocket for the patients during the first lockdown (2020) didn't got my money back. There is no limit to the working hours. No Appreciation, no promotion. Seniors were abusive. Very few employees toiled their lives for the job and rest used to play politics and mind games.
