...resher's as Data analyst and giving them work of Data copy & paste, web surfing. They are keeping 2 months training only to give less salary. They are competing training in one week time. Students are requested not to join this company. Also requesting all the collages to not send their students in this company, also don't allow this company to come in the campus as it will spoil fresh students future.

Likes

Superiors are polite and fun to work with. Snacks and tea coffee are always available in the pantry.

Dislikes

Not much chance for skill development. After a period compensation and benefits are inadequate. No definite hike in the package.

Can leave early for geniune reasons

No leaves, holidays provided are only 6 in a year( 15aug, 26jan, 2oct, 25dec, diwali day and Ganesh chaturthi since it's in Mumbai. Reduced many holidays) Repeated copy paste work. No appraisal even if you've shown growth. Undermining your capabilities and assign you garbage work so that you won't grow and will ask for your raise if they notice you might leave within next year or so.

No job security Much of politics, partial behavior Strict as school No value of the employees(eg. ignoring the employee, no appreciation for the work done) No learning No innovation Only half an hour is given for lunch, 9 hours working a day, saturday's are working with 6 hours Everything about is a bit disappointing for one's career growth

Likes

Opportunity to work with a talented and energetic team. Fast paced and challenging environment. Seniors are very supportive.

Dislikes

This thing is not really a dislike but I must say that this is not a place for poor performers by all means.
