...to the candidates. everything is run by the family with a pre-conceived notion. You will always be reminded about your salary. They did the hiring without even thinking about the requirement and you are supposed to deliver on god only knows what!!

Very good to learn new things related to job. You can learn a multiple things at a time.

...ou once you join. May be you can get some of the benefits after fighting for it. No salary hike or incentives even if you work sincerely. Credits of all works will be taken by the superiors. Company owners are good, however most of the top level managers are very bad.

Not process oriented Work life balance zero If you have experience doesn’t matter they will treat you as well labor even if you are we’ll versed with software and new technology they will not invest on that. HR named Nagendran and sudharshan are the worst HR till now I have seen in my career they are not from HR background they have been hired because they have connection with one of the family member of Featherlite. Even if you are right they will make sure that you are the culprit and blackmail you because they have good political connection and they will put in such worst condition and make you leave the organisation and will not pay your salary I came to know even before me lot of HR had been thrown out of the organisation due to silly reason. Its my humble request please think before joining and especially for HR team.
