There is nothing to like about the company. No infrastructure, no learnings, No job security, no career growth. In the name of training they only make to do their data work which needs to be done by experienced people that.

...ive their weekoffs and whole day to company. Monthly compensation is not decent. for every mint late entry they charge on hourly basis and same is deducted from monthly salary. Management is not at all supportive towards employees treating everybody like animals.

It's a good place to learn and to have experience. You can access to any department to learn and can practicize any instrument available there.

Dislikes

Salary not good and so the incentives. The worst is unpaid 6months training which should be corrected to paid 6months training. Overcoming these problems will definitely make it a great place to work for a long time.

There is no such thing as Work Life Balance in this organization. No leave is provided. Work hours are hectic. You will be unaware about your roles and responsibilities for some time as no one will be their to guide you.

...in late hua to pura ek ganta kha lete he..hr mahine hr policies change hoti he.. salary date hi nhi fix aur na hi salary slip dege..magoge to bolenge yha bha jao sign krao.. please koi mt join kro...puri company hr month aaye trainees ke bharose chal rhi free me..ab une kya hi aata he na documents na testing bt...ye unse tk sign krate he..ere itni gatiya company koi join mt krna please.

The compensation is good for us. Because the company has no system of doing things, you can take care of end to end process of any task assigned to you that helps you to interact with different departments.

Dislikes

The company has no hierarchy, no system of doing things and school principal like behavior, micro management by the director and president are some of the major problems of the firm.
