Only Like you can go home at 6pm. But at cost of No break through out day. if u went for any personal work like bank related, school then money get deducted from your salary even for 1 min break.

...work related travel. and these pathetic people deducted money from that as well. you will get Salary by 9-10th of every month. They keep waiting if someone resign by that time so Hold their complete salary. if you resign, they will not clear your dues no matter what. now a days they ask for bank cheque from new employee as security deposit. once you resign then they will not clear your dues and deposit that cheque without your knowledge. In office there are camera and microphone placed to hear any talks among staff. I was idiot to work for 5 years for these low life scums only get my Gratuity and Full and Final holding by them till date of the amt of Rs.270,000/-. if you salary is more than 35k, expect whole day reporting for anything and everything. Before, day over you need to go to owner's cabin, to explain what you did whole day even though owner is in cc of all emails etc.owners have no manners to speak with staff. for them there is no difference between staff and domestic help.

We are working in good as a family culture ,no any politics each other,all are transparent and very good co operatives .Director team treat all staff as a personal family memeber,We never seen as a sinior boss behaviour ,Company and our growh are so good,Our director teams are very inovative ,Change the businees stratagy as per market.
