I became manager in one year. The engineer needs to take responsibility for all work. From design and development to Finished product dispatch.

Dislikes

Company place in Remote area. No option for food. Must have to eat company provided. No Pf benefits. Not even the company is registered in MSI. I left due to more work pressure.
