Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...rview. Even a security guard with no knowledge can clear the interview rounds. Salary is never on time. Infact they don’t even pay for months. Really surprised that people are still working for this low grade company.

Is there anything to like about this sinking company led by venkat subramani ravi who is like a rat.

...se. He will abuse any employee without any reason coz he is senseless person. This company never pays employees the salary on time. Remember this they don’t pay salary on time. Despite knowing this if anyone joins this sinking company then you are biggest fool than the owner. This is a big namuna in this company known as prashant pant. He is expert in giving false promises till date he is unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t know which tunnel he is in. This company deducts your money for PF instead of employer contribution. There are no benefits at all in this company. In short this company is complete bhikari.

There is nothing to like about Facade One Systems.

Dislikes

Salary never on time. This company can't pay money to their vendors. They always give false promises to the employees for the salary. The owner VS Ravi is the most arrogant and abusive person in the company. Keeps blabbering unnecessarily. No Compensation benefits to the emlpoyees. PF & Gratuity is deducted from employees salary. In short this company is a BHIKARI. NEVER NEVER NEVER JOIN FACADE ONE SYSTEMS.

Management is worst and Owner and HR uses abusive words to employes. There is 3-4 months of Salary delay. Employes are working under tremendous pressure. so be careful while joining the company
