Ezyschooling is by far one of the worst companies I’ve worked with—there’s absolutely nothing good to take away from the experience. The management is clueless and unprofessional, the work culture is toxic, and there’s zero support for employees. Roles and responsibilities keep changing without explanation, there's no structured training or learning, and you're expected to deliver results without any guidance. The leadership lacks vision and people management skills, often micromanaging and creating a stressful environment. Salaries are low, sometimes delayed, and there are no benefits or work-life balance. Overall, it's a dead-end workplace where neither your skills grow nor is your time respected. Avoid if you value your career or peace of mind.
