...ho is contributing far more than his capabilities, is facing such such troubles. Poor salary structure unless you play the puppet part. Too much office politics was involved specially since when that second manager had startled handling the project.

We all know its pandemic time but we worked like 12- 13 hours each. NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL. Even though we have different shifts and each shift had each employee yet responsiblity of night shift employee is thrown on the head of day shift employee. Horrible company to join.

Dislikes

•No management. •No corporate rule implementation. •They will say its 5 days working company but you work each Saturdays n Sundays no comp off too no extra salary. •Higher authority takes no time to dig in to issues. •HR team is helpless and pressured at Higherbench. •Lots of politics. •No Committments •Vendord and Users are not paid money for the work they do. This is nightmare as these users are from acrosssea and borders. WOULD SUGGEST JOIN ONLY IF YOU FIND NO OPPORTUNITY ELSEWHERE.
