Everything. Exotic is a contracting company who claim to have design team but they done have anyone except one Draftsmen( R*k**h) and Studio Head both of whom don’t know to design. Useless bunch of unprofessionals. Since they are contractors, they get all design presentations from other companies which is copied and shown to clients as their work.

Overall satisfaction as an employee is awesome all in one company for caring each and everyone. ESPECIALLY Our Director Bala sir will support everyone and encourage to work individually and the working process also different compared to other companies. It's a great opportunity to work for Exotic Innovations 💡 👌 .

At exotic I have enjoyed the work responsibilities that has been assigned to me. The company management always supported the ideas that has been put forth. The journey of 4 years at exotic has been incredible and also satisfying at the end of the day.

It's worst company for employee and billing AGM is telling that there is no chair in office for the exotic staff and he is telling that he don't want to work with other states people only Karnataka he want.
