I worked as a intern & it's a unpaid internship so I have no idea regarding the salary but they don't preplacement offers to the intern & I worked here in pendamic so don't know much about the work culture also.

They don't appreciate interns too much not provide them a preplacement offers as per their work

Lot of learning and growth opportunities is there. If anyone wants to fly, they will give you wings.

No policy, no structured environment, no timely payouts, lot of politics, lot of biasness and favourism to those who are their servants.

Working at ExoTalent is really a great place, where lot of things will be learning on daily basis along with proper management and guidance, and trainings will be provided for Multiple skill sets so that each recruiter will gain proper knowledge before they works.

They don't train people well if you are fresher then you'll need proper training and guidance also what they want in candidates also didn't understood by an fresher HR executive..how can anyone do screening without knowing what exotalent wants in candidates. Total bad experience. Employees are supporting but culture to poor.
