Mandatory overtime without overtime pay. Most of the joiners are freshers so that the manager can easily handle or replace them. Don’t know whether this is with a specific team under a toxic manager or within the entire company. Some of my coworkers is taking therapy to handle the work pressure where the hourly charge of therapy cost higher than the daily salary.

Being a big organization and primarily into client servicing business, EXL has lot of opportunities specifically in Analytics. The support during COVID has been good...with no salary cuts and they reimburse almost all office related expenses. Appraisals are soon to come

Pay difference, not many opportunities to shift projects, if you don't like current one

EXL is like life changer. Whether it's Teammates or Training or Job Security or Appraisal or Travel or Learning or Work environment or Work life balance, EXL is pro.

The salary structure EXL offers is kind of partial. There is huge gap between salary of IITans(A grade institute) and others(NITs or Other institute) at equal level of experience.

Connectivity is doable with no regrets vis a vis Infrastructure. Whatever the salary ... its disbursed before last day of month.. .solace!

Culture is terrible. Its more of follow me types.... . no place for No! Further expectation is to be availble 24x7... given the BPO culture! Pointless to go on in this endless discussion.
