...rs in certain spaces like Insurance, RMTI lack vision and operate like a Lala 6. No hikes, delayed bonuses, delayed promotions in 2024 7. Managers and some ex-EXL clients leave no chance to humiliate you in a call and use unprofessional tone 8. Poor office facilities and a substandard health insurance. 9. They almost never pay referral bonus to you for hired people saying that the profile already existed in their database 10. They hire people with proven tech and business skills and don’t have any plan to utilise them. 11. A lot of leaders who act like solution experts have no technical skillset in data science or AI and only make life difficult by obstructing and questioning work due to their lack of knowledge.

So i would do company has number of process but I'm working for AMEX gbt where company is good for work life balance, kind behaviour colleagues no pressure fixed off

Dislikes

Things I don't like here is "less salary" even they will deduct your PF from in-hand. As it's a UK process so difficult to get Indian holidays If you looking for High salary & compensation don't come here. But if you need relaxation, comport then best for you.

The company has a work life balance but is slow, good for those who wants to invest their spare time in their own work/startup

The company is having a mindset of BPO call center company. So, it treats every employee as a customer care agent like you can't bring mobile phones, you can't visit any other area other than the designated, need to be in front of laptop....

Did not lay off during Covid, so jobs security is good They have some good projects to learn but landing on those is very difficult Chances of on-site visits

Dislikes

Salary does not justify work expectations, huge pay gap & very slow promotions due to college discrimination irrespective of your work performance & client ratings Despite consulting opportunities across different domains, very difficult to switch domains like from Banking to Insurance If you are stuck in a team with long term project/cyclic BAU projects, changing teams requires lot of efforts, push, requests, escalations & thus time Work-life balance is not good, even in pre-covid times, people chose to work instead of fun activities due to work load
