That you will get a lot number of things to learn, even when you are intern you will get to work with the leads and you can contribute in the live projects.

Dislikes

You won't have job security , like out of nowhere you can be fired even you do your work sincerely and even you have work to do, firing the peoples who are on bench can be understandable but firing the people who are working for the cost cutting is not admirable.

Company full of politics and nothing is good here. Because of HR-Head the company is splitting into parts and she do only politics. CEO should know the facts and ground level scenario. HR-Head is very unprofessional and unethical. Due to one HR Lady everyone is suffering and she will torture everyone in the team. Why CEO is not taking action against HR-Head. CEO Should come to India and know the facts. This company will close very soon due to HR-Head.

Bangalore's Verification management lacks proper oversight, as there is no dedicated person handling it effectively. The verification head is based in Ahmedabad, but there is no local support to manage things efficiently. Additionally, the Ahmedabad team is not providing any assistance. A strong individual should be appointed to take charge.
