The working culture of Exicom Tele-System Limited is very very very nice. Employee can easily learn much more things from here without worry about work load.

Exicom mostly hired employees as off role. The increment in salary and promotion is very very vey bad here even if you do any great thing here.

Not good but OK work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is also fine
