No permanent shift suddenly shift change issue. Saturday Sunday working without pay . No respect from management. Manager pressure. Side is slow. No time management Less salary no increment no gift bi bonus nothing.

Such a best strat up of carrier for freshers. ₹10,000(from 2023 onwards) salary for new joining. Annually ₹1000 increment. On time salary & bonus. If you completed 5 years got graduaty amount & pf pension amount fully ( If proper relieving only). Give priority for who willing to work night shifts. (For Claims Adjudication process). 2 days leave for claims Adjudication process only.
