Salary is very low, Bad Leadership team. Does not feel like working in a MNC culture, shabby treatment of employees. Management just screams at employees for no reason without helping. Negative workplace. Whichever employee resigns will get hike, what about employee who works hard?

Company has hired Technical director as country head who has no clue on business or business function. So much attrition.

Lack of vision, no growth, hire and fire by new management, toxic work culture by Veeranna, exploiting employees. Zero care about employee or employee growth.
