no option to learn new things, upper management do not hire people who knows things. People with zero experience in the in the field moving up the ladder in 2 months without showing success. Boss who has no idea and cannot help you to gain more knowledge in the field and zero support.

This is my personal opinion, My Salary Compensation is way much lower than Industry and Market Standards which was the only drawback.

The management and team members are very supportive and very encouraging work environment. The HR team is very helpful always ready to listen to concerns and quick to resolve issues . A great deal of freedom in work and encouraged to share our ideas in projects, facilities improvements , HR initiatives. Very good office location in the IT IT park.

Salary may not be competitive like big IT companies but that’s management considering the Learning and freedom of work we get

Love interacting with people and working with team is fun. Best thing is the manager me and my team has got, helps us grow and learn a lot.
