... and ask to do 500 + calls in a day .They work unethically and unprofessionally. when employees demands Salary they neglect and cut the call. There are 20-30 employees whose salary are still pending .They are working illegally and unprofessionally. Ritu Gupta is a rudest person she abuse the workers and Shilpi Gupta is a scammer. All fraud. I genuinely recommend to anyone who is reading this comment Never work for this consultancy.

...icial timings (9 AM - 7 PM) forcing 500+ daily calls as if employees are robots. Despite all the efforts they blatantly refuse to pay salaries when asked simply saying "NO, WE WON'T GIVE" There's no proper documentation or contract this company operates like a scam rather than a legitimate workplace. The mgt especially, Shilpi Gupta & Ritu Gupta claim to be employees when they're co-founders. They manipulate workers, refuse to take accountability & blame employees' time, privacy & efforts. Beware of these scammers! This is not a professional company but a trap. Stay away & save yourself from being exploited. Thx!

Working cùlture is worst.. They think they are hiring to work for 24 hours Ritu who is cofounder ...she shouts at her employees .instead of this she should learn to talk politely.

‼️DO NOT JOIN’‼️ This review is for Ritu, basically she is very very unprofessional and she don’t know how to maintain employees work life balance. She used to call the employees after the working hours and working day. Even on Sundays. She used to call her employees which is completely wrong. I want her to learn from where ever she has done her education, but that college did not educate her about being professional how to maintain the organisation culture, and even she has such a very irritating voice, such a fake accent. They used to hire employee for 9 AM to 7 PM and if in between there is a gap for even 10 minutes in the Google sheet history, she used to call the employee and irritate the employee that why is there 10 minutes of gap Ritu wants employee to call back to back And they made me Call 110+ each day. Such a negative environment, even if it is remote, very pathetic.

DO NOT JOIN Ritu is extremely unprofessional and rude. She shouting on employees. There is no IT team or proper work ethics. No job security. Mental Harrassment. Team lead is irritating named ritu. No transparency here. Worst company will advice joiner to rethink. Management is pathetic rude. A lot employee exploitation happening here. Worst work culture.
