There's nothing as such to like there as an employee. Hardly any experienced people work there, mostly desparate freshers go there to work and gets fired after few months. Only good thing is that I met 2 - 3 good people

Dislikes

An endless list of disappointments: Pathetic place to work No growth, salary comes after atleast 1 week later of the month No respect for employees, they are treated like servile subordinates. No perks and no job assurance. Poor hiring and ended up with an attrition and firing of hires basis of illogical clauses You will put under contant surveillance of CCTV

Company is good for fresher. But only for 1 yr not above that.

Dislikes

...y new thinks. Project's are not completed even after 1 or 2 yrs. After one year. They dont give u good salary. Rules and regulations are very bad.

First of all the ambience is very good, all employees are very friendly and supportive they work like a family.As a fresher it was great experience for me to learn new things from my colleagues and my mentor as well.

Dislikes

All was good but there is little lack of team management.
