Work life balance and company culture is good

Dislikes

The salary for freshers is too low and appraisal also not more than 3% of the salary.they change the tech stack of fresher frequently and there is only .net stack here and they don't use new tech stack .this company is only good for experience people with more than 5 years of experience.

...ere cares about each other. They keep motivating you to upskill your skill sets. The company offers great benefits like medical, Cab, Meals, snacks bonus & commission. They have an awesome leave policy as well. My career is great here. I would recommend this company to everyone. Srini(CEO) is a good person as he taking care of employee by providing lunch and other benefits but few of them are providing miss communication to him. If you want to work in Vizag its a good company but incase client terminate the project they will also terminate you.

Job security is the first concern from any employee because Vizag is not a IT hub yet to get instant other opportunities. So HR's please be careful while motivation employees to relocate from different locations.

Dislikes

The company can be a little bureaucratic and siloed sometimes. Overall, I love working with Evolutyz but there is room to improve. However, if you're looking for a company with strong company culture and opportunities for professional growth with lovely people to work with, Evolutyz is a great place to work.
