There is no job security there.. They can layoff the employees at anytime. Very toxic work cultural, No one can work peacefully there. And the admin manager Mr. Vignesh, he's gossiping about all Girls dressing, hairstyles and their appearance. And I done my clearance on my exit date. But still I yet to get my experience documents from them. They will not give respect and recognition to the employees, the management expecting to work after the work hours.. Evochef's MD told me to send my documents on my relieving day, I believed him. And also I waited on that day till 7.30pm, but didn't get the signature from in F&F Document, But now they are asking me to come over there to sign the F&F document.
