Unnecessary stress on employees, CMD's vulnerable treatment towards employees, unprofessional way of talking. No employee policies,No hikes, Bad leave policies, bad HR policies,-----( This company is good for those who are in survival mode, Doesn't care of self respect.)

Olectra Buses are very good in terms of quality. But Evey trans is a company that builds charging infra for these buses. Evey trans senior civil engineer and senior electrical engineer and are Corrupt to the core. People at higher management have good vision.

Dislikes

I recommend official Civil work Audit for all charging infra built for BEST and other depos. left this company because I could see the civil work that's happening here was third class quality. shed foundations are joke and transformer foundation are built with third class material without steel. Manager is not supportive senior electrical engineer and civil manager mumbai are corrupt. Site engineers have no power at all they forced to see corruption infront of their eyes senior engineer and manger involved with vendors. HR culture is joke they promised all the facilities when joining but don't provide anything. No office pathetic living conditions for engineers have to carry laptop and documents inside bag and roam every city with it. I recommend not to join this company,Company is good have good vision but management is pathetic.
