talented colleagues but bad environment

the company has a hire and fire policy. the pressure is toxic for the employees. people are scrutinized for everything, right from what time they are coming to work to how many break they are taking. i would highly recommend not joining this company as it has spoilt the career of many of the colleagues and now ex colleagues i know! not a good company to work

Frustrating experience. The HR gives you no clarity on the scope of role and work. It feels like youre constantly in the dark. Evergent has a hire and fire policy, making the environment stressful and unstable. If you value self respect and career growth. never join Evergent. They spoiled mine and my colleagues' career

Zero work life balance will not allow to take leaves or wfh even in sick or emergency situations, no skills development, no proper process, no ethics, no job security, the person who join as employee will come out with lot of health issues, lot of office politics where one need to waste there time of getting of out of it, no proper hikes, worst manager, lead and team rude people, before joining and till 4 months you will see manager and hr are being polite to you but later fews months you will come to know the original colors of them. Micro Management. No compoff for weekends, They will call you even in early mornings and late midnights. Please dont go with positive reviews on this company all those are fake. Beware of such companies. The management itself is worst

None, can be improved on forecasting the hiring plans way before. So that employees may not work for long hours sometimes.
