Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst company. All the DMs were money suckers and they will block cash duty. If they give one dat time also driver can drive and pay the cash. Without knowing proper basic english also many working as DM. They will not respond if any vehicle issue or any proble. But they will come only for ask money and they will cash block. Managment have to place the DM who knows car driving and about car driver job. Don't think all the drivers were platform persons. Worst Everst Managment.

Co founders are good people. But good people do not necessarily make sensible leaders.

...uld be functioning. Same Indian startup mentality of doing things as instructed. 23rd to 22nd is the pay cycle but still credited on 1st. Lousy HR department. 6 days working. No sick leave only PL so if you fall ill all your leaves are exhausted. Leave policy very poor will not be able to take long leaves or vacation ever.
