I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

My careers first company. Salary good for fresher. Overall company good. Could have been better if plant was better connected with transportation.

No career growth, stagnation, very bad environment/culture in blowers division sales department. Everest turbo and vacuum both now under Everest blowers. Unnecessary pressure, incompetent and very bad behaviour senior manager for blower sales team. No support from seniors if you are in touch with the MD or the AVP only they can help out when you are stuck. Best to only take 1-2 years experience and move on don't expect any promotions.

Dislikes

No fair compensation. Salary are like pennies. No fair Medical Insurance. Thanks to India govt atleast workers get the ESI. Staffs are not that fortunate. Medical Insurance is only for name. Timing is strict. 9:00 AM means 9:00 AM
