...demic cut shorted employees whhere company dint at all thought of the situation. Atleast they would have paid less salary and kept employees.

Team mates average, no career growth , salary appraisal is less , travelling conveyance was paid, politics is full on , work environment is OK OK .

I am impressed with your curriculum and teaching methods which is different from other schools... I like to take this privilege to congratulate the management of the School for its endless efforts to teach me as ahh teacher thank u Euro kids.....😇🎉

Nothing. The management and treatment are the worst.

...s they say to be 5 hours but after starting job, the shift timings are more i.e. we have to give a lot extra time and the salary is the same. Talking about salary, it's extremely less as compared to workload and teachers are not given proper treatment here. In addition to this, even if you are extremely sick or some other genuine issue arises due to which you are unable to come to workplace, they cut the whole day's salary according to the number of day's leave even due to extreme genuine reason. And in a whole month, there's holiday only on Sundays. No facilities are available in the workplace not even coffee or tea provided even after working for 8 hours. Eurokids, such a big brand, yet there is no supply of items i.e. teachers have to bring most of the preschool items themselves here.

1)Center owner is not good. 2) salary was not paid as compared to my struggle. 3) treatment to teachers is not given good. In covid period she took out teachers and non working staff and kept only I and one more teacher who only use to take attendence of students. I was told to take all class and my salary was also not increased infact she got it to basic salary that is only 3000/- in covid period. There was no extra teacher to help me and I was not allows to take holidays too. In March month I was pregnant and I was not well so I had to take holiday, but ma'am treated me wrong and fired me out, in return she herself filed a case against me. Still she has not paid my last salary and also she has not returned my orginal mark sheet of TTC which was taken during interview. I reached head off too but they too didn't help me.
