Over all Eurofins group wise excellent, but Eurofins clinical genetics is quite unstable, many sales and technical peoples are working hard to reach the company in a Top level, but there are lack of strategy / motivation / learning . Majority of works performed like a follower, lack of innovation, no talent pulling. Poor HR interaction with employees. Hire and Fire is the major practise. Still if from Root level work can improved then sure this organization has the potential to be a market leader.

Dislikes

Lack of learning / Product training / Poor HR interaction (HR is just for joining and resigning formality, not more then that). There is a huge opportunity, but due to lack of strategy they are continuous failing. Still Many sales and technical people are fighting for grow this organisation. " Actually they are still dont know how to nurture a plant" that is one of the toughest phase in nursery. Just feed the seed in soil and there role is over, now that plant have to grow and learn by them shelve, if by three month they can give good result or luckily his senior is supportive then only he can survive fourth or fifth month, neither from the extreme level of pressure he will leave or resign by himself only.
