No appreciation - not in culture of company, Not outside trip - never. No any employee related games, trips, bonus, not anything. Just only work and work. No job security. Torture level high Only blaming to who is doing actual work. No understanding, no learning. Worst company. Far away from Andheri station. Don't join.

Nothing. The Managers are more egoistic than the CEO'S and VP's. They will absolutely spoil your career and not even let the CEO or VP's & Directors know about the way they micromanage and create favouritism.

...opment process. Old primitive way of Punching In & Out through biometric system. Even the HR (Assistant) will call you before few days of preparation of salary and ask about your attendance details if it's missing and then report this to HR Manager and many micromanagement in the HUMAN RESOURCES Department itself. A Company's backbone is it's HR HEAD and fellow employees in HR. But the Backbone is not strong enough for this company to grow as in when it comes to Employee Retention. This Company seriously needs a CHRO or a VP of HR to manage or replace the HR Manager and her assistant. They are absolutely playing a bad game of favouritism. The result is on ambition box rating itself ( few months ago it was rating 4.3 stars and now came to 4 stars)

Instead of fostering proactive growth, the company operates in a way that limits employees from taking initiative or expanding their knowledge base. Career growth and learning opportunities are minimal, with little to no structured mentorship or development programs. Additionally, appraisals are either nonexistent or highly inconsistent, leaving employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. The absence of a clear process-driven approach leads to inefficiencies and frustration among employees who seek a more structured and growth-oriented work environment. For those looking for transparency, professional development, and fair career progression, ETP International may not align with those expectations.

Technical knowledge End to end work on project Supportive team members I would like to say that as a fresher this is a best opportunity. I personally learned so many technical and professional things here .

ETP is excellent place for freshers and experience employee. Empowerment is what ETP successful. Good and Consoius Work Environment
