Nothing the company is very bad there is no any carrier in this company.

Dislikes

Very Bad Policy in Essar Insurance Consultant. The company has hold their employee salary, Nobody are discussion on this matter even company director. Director behavior is not politely his employee. he is holding the payment his past employee last one year. I totally disagree with this company.

There is nothing positive in this company before joining you will be said you will full salary at the end of the month you will receive half salary stating that your performance is low. There is no fix salary it is better to work as daily wage you will get better salary.

Dislikes

There is everything to dislike no on time salary, working hour 10 to 12hr, no PF, no other allowance. Never join in this company you regret in your life.
