Total waste of time. They don't pay you any money. Please please dont waste your time and join this company. They say training sessions and read out from some PPTs and daily conduct tests for which they do not ever give you evaluated marks. They make you do tasks as dummy tasks and loot your work's money from foreign countries. They make you do the work as required by them and later reject you and say that we donot meet their company's expectations blah blah. Dont waste your time and dont join this company. I thought I can develop myself through academic writing but they teach you all nonsense stuff. They don't know a effing thing about academic writing

Policies are well rewarding if looking from an earnings perspective. Be the best in what you do then your pockets will speak rest. I got a great learning opportunity as my work was not limited to a single area, I had a great learning exposure.

Deadlines may take your work-life balance in-season months. But good financial reward if taking overtime workloads.

I have been working with the company for 1.3 years and it's been a comfort Working with the organization. Work life balance is good. No doubt one has to prove their potential by giving 100 % but it's other policies, reward systems are good.

I have worked for an year and experienced worst thing that they hire and fire ....no job security ..employee don't know when they will be fired with just single mistake in task. Even if you do well in 100 projects....u will be judged with a single project where u unfortunately failed....lack of communication lack of support ....I will never suggest this firm to anyone
