Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

The company doesn't pay salary on time. Salary is disbursed after 18th of every month. No timely reimbursements of travel expenses. It took 3 months for the company to pay me back. Also, there are multiple employees who are entitled of bonus but have not received anything from past 2 years. They will tell you lavish things during the orientation but nothing seems to fit in when you start working.
