Non flexible Salary compensation is in negative scale Do not match the current pay grade. Rude and arrogant behaviors of HR. Company is good for senior citizens, where no more career growth is expected, only sitting idle also would pay basic salary.

The best thing about Eskag Pharma is its timely salary, management doesn't fire employees without any solid reason, and office timing doesn't stretch.

...son is rude. Be careful with some seniors and they do office politics too often. If you can impress the owner then your salary will increase and become permanent otherwise your probation period will last for a lifetime (which means no leave)

While the police supported my case and advised me to file a complaint with the Labor Court, I chose to move on rather than dwell on their mismanagement Years later, after I had moved on and built a successful career, the same company had the audacity to contact me again with a job offer. I made it clear to them that no self-respecting marketing professional should ever associate with such an organization. This company operates worse than a poorly run grocery shop. The lack of professionalism, unethical practices, and toxic culture make it a place to avoid at all costs. If you value your career, your mental health, and your dignity, stay far away from this organization.
