The worst company, i have been worked, lot of issues in this company, they dont have to pay salary to there employees, lots of issues with the management, if you had a issue they dont help you...infact somtimes you have to begging to management for your salary and other befits like reimbursement, I strongly suggest to everyone dont join this company, this company is farud or scam , i left this organization and still they didn't provide my salary slips, relieving letter and others

Company has kept ethics in the corner, please do not engage with this firm as a customer, employee or business partner, if you want to save your time and money, never ever in touch with this company or management. i am writing this to save a lot of people from being victim of this firm, save yourself. If one or two employee had problem with this company then we can consider that it may have issues or misunderstanding but every 3rd employee complains about salary, reimbursement, firing employees without notice and with deduction in salary or not paying at the end, in the name of performance, useless targets and pathetic and dumb management. congratulations and feeling bad for you, if you have joined this firm after December-22 you are also part of victim of this, cunning HR changed firm name from Eshiksa to Getepay and most of people become victims without realizing how old employees went through this hell. company has three names to deceive new employees first Getepay, Eshiksa, Futuretek commerce pvt ltd. Company hasn't improved since many years because founder thinks that only employees are wrong not management or himself. management/founder pravin sharma and hr is so cruel that they won't even attend your call or reply to your messages when you encounter any problem, and also they don't want to pay salary because they think that employee comes free of cost and make them suffer and give useless reasons so, they quit early and don't pay them at the end, yes founder should rename his position to politician of getepay employees aren't allowed to use their brain here and only follow instruction like see here, they copied all text even site url (how pathatic do you want) from NTT DATA company one of gateway and software company from previous company without using brain I don't know how investor invested in this pathetic firm. eshiksa did not run well so they merge with getepay getekart become Getepay (But getepay copied and purchased from NTT DATA where Praveen sharma was working) company review stands less than 1 out of 5 but most of them are fake reviews are posted by HR see here, so i have attached real reviews of employee if you are customer of getepay don't engage with this company then don't care about your money and because of high employee attrition rate your most of complaint will go unattended and you will also baffled by the way they answer investors didn't even looked or fooled how they copied same software and text from same company where founder was working and how this company treat their employees like slave, employees don't join this firm if you want to save your efforts, money and don't want to be next victim of this firm and don't hope that you will stick with this firm very long and don't even think about to change for growth, you will make biggest mistake in your life, i also changed this firm for growth but management do not care anything. business partner do not engage with this firm as they don't know how to manage customer complaint, most of your customer complaints will go bounced because of management ultimately you will lose your precious customer and customer complaint is very long they can't even manage employees complaint how can you expect that they will properly handle your customer. most of employees those who worked here and working here are treated like slave by management there is nothing say about this rubbish management, stay away if you dont want your career to be spoiled by this company, you will learn nothing except you will learn how to be good slave and *** founders ***. slave working environment you work but don't get paid for your work that's what this company does to emplyees. even for growth do not join this rubbish firm and management, save yourself. stay away from getepay, eshiksa, futuretek commerce pvt ltd fraud company.
