Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

...do what they want he doesn't know about company what is going in company. He deduct any amount from salary for normal mistake. He do this things every month.

Unprofessional, uncultured and not given any precaution against covid 19. They are not supported in lockdown, no given salary, no given any facility in company like sanitizer, water for hand washed...

Dislikes

Unprofessional, uncultured and no any system to working.. No employee value, and no any job security. Just destroy careers of employees and new comers. Doing totally against law.

Very bad culture, department politics can ruin esdee aa in early days . No qualified staff or workers . Still struggling with old mentality. No acceptance for new ideas or innovations

Dislikes

Waste of time and knowledge. No respect for sincere honest persons by management and low level staff . Dictatorship behaviour and management says that "Mai nahi aya tha tum logo ko bulane... Tum aaye the mere pas job ke liye" Salary deduction for every small mistakes made sr. Staff and workers. No recommend to work with Esdee Paints at any plant.,, 😄

It's like kirana store, just 1 word don't join, even you can't get 1 cup tea here.basic office infrastructure is not available you will sitt on wooden stool doesn't matter you have join on which position.no policies here no time for salary
