No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

Nothing is in pros points expect other than a thankless job

...n about anything, you will be targeted continuously until you leave the company. Other than that they do not provide good salary for the work you do. No chances of getting yearly increments in SDU SL operate. There is no STV or bonuses for job stage 2 or job stage 3. For someone who is looking for a good career in future, please be aware about these things before joining Ericsson. It has become a graveyard for disappointments. It was good in earlier years but has now lost its charm due to poor management.

it is a great place to work with comfort. It gives you an additional sum for nights, evenings, and holidays. It provides security to your Job i.e. 99% of your job is safe. It provides a lot of learning platforms hence you enhance your skills. overall, you can get a good experience.

They don't promote you easily even if you have skills sometimes. salary hikes are very low as all telecom companies, unlike IT companies.

work life balance is good. Ericsson invest too much on skill development on employee. Job is secured and they make sure employee is somewhere being aligned to some projects. Individual and teamwork is appreciated. work satisfaction depends on the projects and client. company has good culture and try to make its employee happy as much as possible

Salary hike and promotions are on lower side.
