Job security Strict working hours and people monitor how many hours did you do and eat lunch The pay package is far below industry standards. The leadership is good for nothing, showing a complete lack of direction and empathy towards employees. There's a pervasive sense of no future at this company, as there are no clear growth opportunities or investment in employee development. Overall, I would caution anyone considering employment to think 10 times and explore other options where their skills and efforts will be better valued and rewarded

They just use you for their own needs and then discard you like a pile of garbage . 1.) They hire and fire anytime . 2.) No professionals . 3.) The people working there are drained 4.) No fixed salary time with delays. 5.) Management and Operation guys are mannerless and feels like illiterate people. 6.) Won't recommend to anyone who's a professional and serious about their work.
