I feel very good &comfortable that company. Team work are so supportive and comfortable. I very enjoy worked my Colegues and team epsilon. Attractive salary and bonus every year . So i very satisfied.

Dislikes

Salary is decent. But career growth is slow. Same salary gived first to last time.

They provide facilities like cab service, free food for 1 day per week, the salary is fixed with no variable component.

Dislikes

There is no proper work distribution, some people in the team are overloaded while others are enjoying. The promotion is based on favoritism. There is no flexibility for work from home and work from office days.

Likes

Earlier they used to have flexible wfh options and more focus to work life balance. Not anymore. All the senior leadership in India has changed and that reflects in the company culture as well.

Dislikes

...nt. Poorly managed office everything under cost cutting, including the tea bags. They make us pay for the cab for 1-10 pm shift, even though there is a clear government rule that female employees have to be given free transport after 7 pm.

...once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it. Worst ever company I have seen and they tell the company is best workplace I don't know how do they tell this kind of company is best workplace.

Salary credited on a timely manner.

Dislikes

A strict policy of promotion, you have to meet 2-year minimum criteria, it doesn't matter if you are a star performer through out the year. If you are a non-performer, if you have completed 2 year in Epsion you will get promoted, if you have connections.
