Favouritism, favourism and biased work environment. Salary got put on hold for small mistakes, losses are compensated from staff salary. Too many Co partners, no coordination between themselves. Worst Co partner is Mayank Sharma, very arrogant, treats staff like servant. No job security, staff can be expelled and terminated any time. No job confirmation even after completing six months of probation period. Chaploosi and chamchagiri sort of work culture is there.
