...nd Sunday also, and will harass you and torture you, until you run from there. They will try to find 1000 ways not to pay you. If they want to kick you also they will do it in the end of month so that they don’t have to pay you.

If you are robot which don't have emotions and no sleep required then this company is for you No likes in this shit company. Only like in this company Learning curve is good - (this is totally based on project you are working or else there won't be any learning too)

...e your mental health, personal space, and family, STAY AWAY from this company. They will deceive freshers with big packages, but in reality, they will work you like a dog for a measly 20k monthly salary and then ultimately terminate you. They have no regard for your well-being and will expect you to work at ungodly hours, even at 2 AM! And when you dare to ask about the working conditions, they will not hesitate to show you the door. To make matters worse, the HR department is just a puppet for the management, and they treat their employees with no respect whatsoever. They act like school kids and won't even give you the basic dignity and decency that you deserve. I implore you, please, please, please do not fall for their trap. Do not be enticed by their high salary promises because they will only give you peanuts and then fire you without batting an eye. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Epikindifi.

...as salves and you have to work on Sundays and Saturday. If you justify yourself. While month salary will be deducted and gali alag s milega. So only one word don't join better apply for other opportunities.

The opportunity to learn were exciting. Good place to be if you want to experience a startup environment.

The company's culture was toxic and off putting. People were expected to work for long hours with little compensation and no motivation. Hard work was seldom noticed and never appreciated.
