There is nothing to like about this company no work life balance. Any time they will call you any shift will be assign an you need to report, zero(0) growth, partiality and so on.

Every thing, work culture, toxic environment salary issue, Salary deduction without any specific reason. And no one answer why the deduction happened.

I don't remember anything just because only I got terrible experience in this wild namely company.

Employees are treated like animals no one listen you, salary issue, management issue, hr issue, tl issue, employee is abused, punching issue you don't get your complete salary, even you give more than 8 hours of login, employees don't get salary on time, too much work pressure, employee is forced to work 8 to 10 hours and NO OT, also too much target pressure, third class wild namely company worst namely company of the world, namely seniors don't listen to employee, so you can understand how much this company is worst. And one more thing if in your bucket you have 3 off so you will get only one off after begging so many times for your own off. And tl bhupender has no manner to talk with employees he abuse them whenever he wants and when employee complaint against him so no one do anything against him and he brings his seniors on their knees whenever he wants I think he knows some dark secrets of eos that's why no one takes action against him.

I started Liking myself after leaving this company Aryabhatta invented '0' to rate this company, but the unfortunate thing is this ,that Ambition Box doesn't has this 0 rating feature...

...ngs are pethatic, they wont give uh break even for the Lunch or Drinking water, Wont give salary on time They ask you to work 9 hrs and 8 hra on computer, while, they never consider ur FULL DAY , always try their best to deduct ur salary by considering ur day AS HALF DAY. They wont praise ur work, In TATA 1MG process uh have to give "8CRORE sales per month" and this is just AVERAGE tgt according to them. Wont give uh even a penny as Incentive. TL PRADEEP and whole team including CLEINT SHIKHA, force uh to sell the MEDICINES by Hook and Crook anyhow and if some1 isn't interested to buy , TL raise the Mail against you under Improper Behaviour towards costumer. The Team and company is high on Internal politics everytime, They dont give extra package TO MBAs like me, 12th pass guy and Post Graduated Guy has the same salary, Everyone try to impose pressure on you even your colleagues, Existing employees are heavily influenced by the TL and internal politics, The manager, who is PAJI , seriously, this man doesn't know the way how to talk to their employees, always scold uh for NO REASON, If System will not provide uh the CALLING, they gonna blame uh that why Are uh sitting IDLE? I mean seriously man? Its by Default... They gonna give uh any timings like 3pm to 1 am, They ask you to upsell the medicines and health packages and if someone isnt interested, ur salary gonna effect for sure. No nothing a BIG BIG BIG SCAM is going on there, Pls do beleive me, otherwise, u gotta face some serious bad phase there. TL pradeep Gives uh even threat (beat) The Client Shikha never never never ever gonna appreciate ur work and always push uh towards tremendous pressure, Less Educated TL PRADEEP and the Team has seriously deep concerns and issues over the guy who is more educated and sharp brain. Its not Eureka, its synonym of HELL... Save yourself dude, pls dont waste ur money and time. They have no respect for both girls and boys, TL pradeep always Has bad eyes over GIRLS .... He is Inhuman, pls pls pls never ever apply for this company especially, Tata1 mg process, as this prestigious company TATA 1MG is being run by the human faced Evils

Not very good. As well as there many problems I face during my work timings. Like rude behaviour of seniors and untimely salary credit . And one more thing is that there security guards are very irritating. Overall there maximum things are bad side.
